Lightweight and cost-effective, it is ideal for non-load-bearing applications such as civilian guardrails, ceiling decoration, shelf partitions and breeding fences. Common materials include low-carbon steel and aluminum plate.

It balances strength and permeability, and is widely used as scaffold planks for building exterior walls, workshop partition screens, municipal green belt fences and light-duty trench covers. Hot-dip galvanized low-carbon steel accounts for the largest proportion.

Produced relying on heavy-duty hydraulic punching and drawing equipment, the long pitch is ≥80mm, the short pitch is ≥40mm, and the plate thickness is 4.0-8.0mm. Some customized models can reach over 10mm. The mesh surface has strong rigidity and excellent load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for heavy-duty scenarios such as industrial platform load-bearing treads, heavy machinery protective covers, port and wharf fences, and mine tunnel support. The materials are mostly high-strength low-carbon steel and stainless steel.

Made by cutting and stretching lightweight aluminum, this type is known for its corrosion resistance and ease of handling. It’s generally more expensive than galvanized carbon steel but less so than stainless steel. Used primarily in architectural facades and decorative elements, its combination of strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance makes it suitable for both industrial and design-focused applications.
