Fiberglass grating is mainly composed of high-quality resins such as unsaturated polyester resin (UPR), vinyl resin (VE), epoxy resin (EP), etc., which are compounded with glass fibers (E glass fiber or C glass fiber). This material combination endows the fiberglass grating with lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant. Resin as the matrix material, has good adhesion and chemical stability, glass fiber provides excellent tensile strength and bending strength, making the fiberglass grating stable even under heavy loads. Resin ensures the durability and reliability of the product. The addition of fiberglass significantly improves the mechanical properties of the material, allowing the fiberglass grating to maintain excellent performance even under harsh conditions. Compared to steel grating,fiberglass grating is considerably lighter.
