Razor Wire/Concertina Coil Razor Barbed Wire Fence
Material
1. Hot Dipped Galvanized Razor Wire
Hot-dip galvanized is a common anti-corrosion treatment used primarily to improve the corrosion resistance of razor wire so that it can withstand a variety of harsh environments and last longer. This type of razor wire is particularly common in military installations, border protection, prisons and other security sensitive areas.
Hot-dip galvanized normal zinc: 40 g/m²
Hot-dip galvanized high zinc: 200-300 g/m²
2.Electro-galvanized razor wire
Electro-galvanized razor wire is a type of safety and protective material that is coated with a layer of zinc on the surface of steel through an electrochemical process. This type of galvanising treatment forms a protective layer by depositing zinc ions onto the surface of steel using an electric current in an electrolyte solution.
Electro-galvanized: 15 g/m²
Compared to hot-dip galvanized, electro-galvanized is less costly, making the overall price of razor wire more economical. For application scenarios where budget is limited or where extreme corrosion resistance is not required, electro-galvanized is a reasonable option.
3. PVC Coated Razor Wire
PVC Coated Razor Wire is a protective product that adds a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) outer layer to traditional razor wire. The coating not only enhances the corrosion resistance of the wire but also adds a wide range of color options to improve aesthetics and environmental suitability. The PVC coating provides an additional layer of protection, which extends the life of the product and reduces the need for maintenance.
4. Stainless Steel Razor Wire----The most durable Material
Blades and core wires are available as high security razor wire made of pure stainless steel, especially designed for applications requiring long term durability and extremely high corrosion resistance
5. Stainless steel razor wire fencing is suitable for the following scenarios
Seaside and coastal areas: due to its excellent resistance to salt spray, it is commonly used for security fencing in seaside and coastal areas.
Industrial and chemical plants: in industrial environments with high chemical corrosivity, stainless steel effectively resists corrosion and protects the integrity of the fence.
High-end residential and commercial areas: in areas that require long-term maintenance of appearance and high security requirements, stainless steel razor wire is both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
Military installations and government agencies: To ensure the highest level of security, stainless steel razor wire is often used in these areas.
